Frederick W. Schoenhut
Chairman, USINF;

  Frederick W. Schoenhut is Principal of HonorVerus Research, a commodity trading advisor. He is the current Chairman of the Commodity Floor Brokers and Traders Association and has been past Chairman of the Board of Governors of ICE Futures US, formerly known as the former New York Board of Trade (NYBOT), the world’s leading exchange for soft commodities.
In September 1980, Mr. Schoenhut formed Copia Trading Co., Ltd., a coffee futures execution firm on the Coffee, Sugar & Cocoa Exchange (CSCE) trading floor. He expanded that business into cocoa in 1982. He has served as Coffee Floor Committee Chairman, Operations and Technology Committee Chairman, as well as in various other committee leadership posts. Mr. Schoenhut chaired the NYBOT Relocation Committee, which was responsible for finding the exchange a new home since its destruction in the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In 2006, Mr. Schoenhut was extensively involved with the successful merger and integration NYBOT experienced with the Intercontinental Exchange.
Among his interests, Mr. Schoenhut is a former director of the Intercontinental Exchange Board of Directors, Board Chairman of the United States Indian Trade Federation; former Chairman of the United States Indian American Chamber of Commerce Corporate Advisory Board, he is Chairman of the Business Council for the Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association of America. He has served as the Treasurer of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. He also devotes volunteer time to a local youth ice hockey association as President of the Gulls Amateur Hockey Association.
Mr. Schoenhut was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1956, and currently resides in Oyster Bay, Long Island. He attended Baldwin High School and later graduated from Clarkson University in 1978 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He and his wife Laurie have been married since 1985 and have four children.

KV Kumar is the recipient of 2015 Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He has served all Presidents from President Ronald Reagan. He was honored by the Brain Injury Association (USA) for ‘Unheralded Advocacy”, which lead to the Enactment of “1996 Traumatic Brain Injury Act” of U.S. Congress. KV Kumar is an ardent supporter of Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs; KV Kumar is Featured in “Notable Asian Americans”.

Glenn Falcao

Mr. Falcao is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of experience in the telecom industry. Glenn is a prior venture partner with Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing top-tier private equity experience to the Venturepreneur team. As a Venture Partner of Venturepreneur Partners, Glenn focuses on creating and identifying investments in the communications sector.

He was most recently the Executive Vice President at Corvis Corporation, where he was a member of the executive team that took the company public raising over one billion dollars and achieving a market capitalization of over thirty billion dollars. Corvis’ IPO was one of the most successful in the telecom sector in 2000.

Prior to joining Corvis, Glenn had an accomplishment-rich career with Nortel Networks, where he held a number of executive positions. One initiative hed led was the launch and development of Nortel’s optical business. As President of the company’s Internet and Service Provider business, he was a key executive in positioning the company in the Internet Protocol sector with the specific focus of achieving leadership in high-speed access.

In 1997, Glenn engineered Nortel’s acquisition of Aptis Communications and played a key role in its acquisition of Bay Networks. He currently serves on a number of boards. Glenn received a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, in Montreal. Mr. Falcao also served as member of executive board of US Indian American Chamber of Commerce (USIACC).
 
 


Satish P. Shah

Mr. Shah has over twenty years of experience in accounting standards, income tax laws, IRS audits, and overall accounting and financial management. He manages three offices in Washington DC metropolitan area, providing accounting services, financial planning and business planning to physicians, dentists, IT professionals and hospitality industry. In addition, his office provides services to small businesses from setup, incorporation to compiling write-ups, reviews, payroll management and accounting.

Mr. Shah has Master’s Degree in Accounting and is a licensed Chartered Public Accountant (India) and a CPA in Maryland.

He serves on the boards of many business and community organizations: National Treasurer: United States Indian American Chamber of Commerce; Honorary Accountant: Rotary Foundation of Charlotte Hall, MD; Honorary Auditor: Jain society of Metropolitan Washington, DC; Honorary Controller: Gujarati Samaj of Washington DC; National Treasurer, U.S. India trade Foundation.
