Signed Memorandum of Understanding with various U.S. government agencies, U.S. Small Business Administration; U.S. Department of Energy; U.S. Department of Commerce; U.S. Department of Agriculture; U.S. Department of Transportation; U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and many national and International Organizations. Successfully held three national conventions, briefings/receptions at the White House, the Capitol Hill and the Indian Embassy. In addition, held several seminars, meetings and receptions with corporations and the government agencies providing a platform for networking, promoting entrepreneurship and developing growth opportunities for USIACC members. Persuaded the US Department of Transportation to recognize “Asian Indians” as a category under Minority Business by the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business in September 2005, thus creating better opportunities in obtaining government contracts.

Successfully mediated and coordinated the signing of an agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Government of India. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in New Delhi in January 2007.

Prepared over 200 reports on multi-million dollar projects over a fifteen-year period, including several management policy review studies, sector specific studies, special studies, evaluation and project completion reports.

As a Member of the Grievance Advisory Panel of the World Bank Group Staff Association, successfully defended over 125 cases.
